Abstract Background: The Community Mental Health Model (CMHM) is suggested by
the World Health Organization as appropriate for effective delivery of mental
health care. However, the state of Nigeria's mental health care is precarious. This
is particularly traceable to the lack of awareness, stigmatization, inadequate or
poor services, as well as ineffective government policies. Objectives: The goal
of this study was to investigate mental health practices and policy
implementation among mental healthcare practitioners in Southern Nigeria.
Materials and Methods: The mixed-method research leveraged on quantitative
and qualitative data which used a total population and purposive sampling
respectively. Data collection was via a researcher-administered questionnaire,
and in-depth interviews. Results: Data analysis using SPSS Version 20 and
NVivo 12 revealed that the mental healthcare model in the study area is a
combination of out-patient, in-patient, and CMHM. Participants showed a good
level of awareness of CMHM. They also identified barriers to mental healthcare,
including stigmatization and financial constraints. While most participants
acknowledged the adoption of the Nigerian mental health policy of 2013, its
implementation was notably inadequate. Conclusion: A strong necessity to
reform Nigeria's existing mental health care with proper policy guide is
imperative in this study. This will tilt the nation towards international standards
and global best practices, and guarantee the most efficient and effective mental
health service delivery to the Nigerian people.

Abstract There has been a going concern in the use of corporate entrepreneurship as a means for corporations
to enhance the innovative abilities of their employees and increase in corporate success through the
creation of new corporate ventures. However, the creation of corporate activity is difficult since it
involves radically changing internal organizational behavior patterns. Recent studies examined the
effect of a firm’s strategy, organization and external environment. It shows that the environment plays
a profound role is influencing corporate entrepreneurship whereas there is consensus that the external
environment is an important antecedent of corporate entrepreneurship. Looking at the environment,
the literature highlights two research questions that deserve examination. First, how do firms that
compete in different environments vary in the corporate entrepreneurship activities? Second, which
corporate entrepreneurship activities are conductive to superior performance in different
environments? This paper develops the theoretical foundation of theses questions also looking at the
relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and strategic management in an integrating model
of corporate entrepreneurship, giving special attention to the strategic behavior and corporate context

satisfaction in five selected Banks in Nigeria. Structured questionnaire was used to elicit data for the
study. The simple random sampling (SRS) technique was employed in distributing questionnaire to
respective banks. Descriptive statistics (simple percentage, frequency distribution, mean and standard
deviation), regression and correlation were used for data analysis. The results indicate that social
awareness skills of leaders significantly affect subordinates’ job satisfaction and work attitude and
relationship management skills in Nigeria’s banking sector. We conclude that leaders with this
competence are skilled at persuasion and rapport building which is related to ideal influence. It also
implied that relationship management skills would help leaders inspire subordinates by acknowledging

Abstract Employees relationship management is a comprehensive
approach that is accountable for an employer-employee relationship.
It also reflects a delicate balance in the development, recognition of
human capital, and interaction in the organization. Today, employee
relationship management has become important for gaining
competitive advantage and improving performance. Hence the reward
system serves as a systematic practice to achieve positive outcomes or
consequences. The existence of these connections in the theoretical
discussions led to the study of the connection between employee
relationship management mechanisms and employee performance,
with reward as a contributory factor in the organization. Data for the
study were obtained using the questionnaire survey method. Two
hundred and twenty-two (222) employees of organizations in the
telecommunications segment were selected as the statistical sample
and two hundred and ten (210) responded to the questionnaire
questions. The outcomes of the data analysis revealed that reward
moderates the relationship between employee relationship
management (ERM) component and employee’s performance in the
telecommunications sector in Nigeria. The study contributed to the
literature on employee relationship management, particularly on the
association between employee relationship management, rewards, and
its contribution to employee performance in the telecommunications

include descriptive statistics, psychometric 4-points Likert scale, logistic regression model and
inferential statistics such as analysis of variance and a nonparametric Wilcox sign test. The study found
that 52.0% of the respondents were male and 53.0% of them were single, the average age was found as
26 years and more than half (50.7%) of the respondents attended secondary school. Interesting, 55.0%

Abstract Disputes will always exist in any system whether they are family, friends, organization, or government. The only critical element is how to manage dispute to a reasonable extent, such that either parties or any will not feel cheated or undermined in any way. Industrial dispute follow the same pattern. In Nigeria, specifically, industrial dispute has taken an unprecedented proportion since independence and a geometric level in the 1990s and 2000s. The general principle surrounding this paper is give Management of Teaching hospitals some key skills that will enable them handle Industrial Dispute in other not to allow the negative predicament of industrial dispute. Using the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (UNTH) as a case, we distributed questionnaires to Management staff, Non-management staff, and Resident Doctors. After analysis, the results showed that several factors are responsible for the incessant strikes in the hospital, chief of which is management inability to honour promises made during negotiation, poor infrastructure and working facilities, and poor remuneration. Abstract One of the rapidly expanding disciplines that are gaining greater attention in the corporate sector is artificial intelligence (AI). Artificial intelligence is already being used in a wide range of industries, including everyday life and commerce or entrepreneurship. This study examines the strategic impact of AI on Entrepreneurial Creativity and management. The study adopted qualitative and expository analysis through the extensive review of literature as a methodology. The corporate sector may become dependent on quicker, less expensive, and more accurate marketing strategies as a result of the use of AI. By utilizing AI in marketing strategies, an entrepreneur may increase audience reaction and establish a strong competitive advantage over other online firms. In addition to marketing, it may revitalize businesses through creative ideas. Additionally, it provides solutions for challenging jobs, which aids in the rapid expansion of businesses. As a result, we will talk about the development of the business sector, how entrepreneurs use AI topology, and how it plays a variety of roles in the business. The study concludes that artificial intelligence (AI) significantly and positively affects entrepreneurial creativity and management as well as also having a significant and negative effect on human creativity. This conclusion explains the finding that as AI is taking all aspect of works from humans, it will lead to lack of creativity and redundancy on the part of humans while on the other hand it will inspire more creativity and innovation on some humans in their quest to keep their jobs. This study recommends more robust top-level AI design and implementation within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The study also investigated the cause of the massive downward sliding of foreign direct investment in Nigeria. This study adopted the survey design. Findings revealed that there is a positive and significant relationship between knowledge entrepreneurship and Foreign Direct investment in Nigeria. This means that the knowledge of Foreign Direct Investment opportunity in another country will accelerate the action of the entrepreneur in taking advantage of the opportunity to make profit in that country. This is in tandem with Knowledge Spillover Theory of Entrepreneurship. Knowledge entrepreneurship has the potency to attract foreign direct investment hence the positive and significant correlation. The study also found that knowledge entrepreneurship has resulted in technological transfer to Nigeria and employment generation as well as increased profitability and market share of the FDI operating in Nigeria. The study concludes that knowledge entrepreneurship is a viable business model in Nigeria and that the reason for the massive and downward sliding of Foreign Direct Investment in Nigeria currently is as a result of the national challenges of high insecurity and exchange rate volatility
