Background Florence Konye Igweh is a lecturer of the Department of Business Administration, University of Delta , Agbor, Delta State. Florence has a strong academic background in Sociology and business., with a diverse professional backgrounds in academia, the public sector and literary field. As an expert in her field, she is relied upon to provide commentary topics ranging from human resource management to sustainable development in Nigeria, She attended Okundaye primary school and Mary Mount college Boji Boji Owa, Delta State. After completing a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Edo State University, Ekpoma in 1997, Florence proceeded to do an MBA from the University of Nigeria Nsukka where she graduated in 2002. In between her first and second degrees, Florence spent some time teaching computer applications and social studies in Rivers State and Delta state respectively. Florence has a Master of Science in Management from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and obtained a Doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in Business Management in 2017. She was Head, Department of Human Resources management, Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwushi uku from 2019-2021. Florence joined University of Delta, Agbor, Delta State 2021. She is presently a lecturer in the Department of Business Administration, University of Delta, Agbor, Delta State.She a member of the Academy of Management Nigeria (TAMN) and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
