Abstract The aim of the study is to examine the effect of corporate image on employee performance in the Nigerian
deposit money banks. The study adopted the cross sectional survey research design method in order to
collect data from the respondents at a particular point in time. The systematic sampling technique was
applied for the study. Out of the total population of 440 employees, 205 employees were selected as the
sample size for the study. The research instrument used for the study was a structured questionnaire. Data
collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. Findings showed that
dimensions of corporate image (corporate integrity, quality management and workplace environment) have
significant positive relationship with employee performance. Also workplace environment exhibited the
highest positive effect on employee performance. The study concluded that corporate image has effect on
employee performance in the Nigerian deposit money banks. The study recommended that banks should
improve on their corporate integrity, quality management and workplace environment for this will serve as a
competitive advantage to the organization at large.

Abstract The study examined the effect of corporate reputation management practice on organisational performance of deposit money banks in Delta State. The research was conducted in five selected deposit money banks in two major cities (Asaba and Warri in Delta State). The cross-sectional
survey research design method was adopted for the study. The study employed the stratified random sampling technique. The study used structured questionnaire as instrument of data collection. To establish the reliability of the instrument, a test-retest method was employed. The
descriptive statistics, correlation and multiple regression analysis was used. Findings showed that 70% of the change in organisational performance was brought about by corporate reputation management practice. The study concluded that corporate reputation management practice has significant positive effect on organisational performance in deposit money banks in Delta State. Corporate social responsibility, corporate governance, and workplace environment has significant positive effect on organisational performance in deposit money banks in Delta State. The study recommended amongst others that banks should create a more
conducive working environment, for both employees and customers in order to enhance service delivery. The study demonstrated that the workplace environment is one of the most important aspects that influence employee satisfaction, motivation and organisational performance.

Abstract The study examined the effect of innovation management practices on the competitive advantage of
brewery companies in southeast Nigeria. This study employed a cross-sectional survey research design;
the population consisted of 441 participants and a sample size of 210 employees. The study used a
structured questionnaire, and the instrument's reliability was assessed using a retest technique. The data
collected from the respondents was analysed using descriptive and inferential statistical approaches.
Findings indicated that innovation strategy (ß = 0.508, p<0.05), innovation culture (ß = 0.235, p<0.05),
and cross-functional integration (ß = 0.180, p<0.05) have a positive effect on competitive advantage.
The study concluded that by excelling in innovation management practices, organisations can
significantly enhance their competitive advantage, driving long-term growth and success. The study
recommended that encouraging collaboration across different departments can positively impact
competitive advantage, suggesting that firms should implement structures and processes that facilitate
effective cross-functional teamwork.

Abstract The main objective of the study is to examine the effect of organizational transparency on
organizational performance. The type of survey research design used for the study is cross
sectional survey research design technique. The sample size for the study is 200 employees from
four selected insurance companies in Lagos State. The study adopted the simple random sampling
technique in the selection of the insurance companies whose employees participated. Stratified
random sampling technique was also used. Data was collected through the use of structured
questionnaire. To establish the reliability of the instrument, a test-retest method was used. The
statistical techniques of data analysis applied includes: descriptive statistics, correlation and
multiple regression analysis. All analysis was done by using the statistical package for social
sciences (SPSS) software version 23 Findings showed that information disclosure, adherence to
explicit values and people-centered leadership has significant positive relationship with

Abstract The study examined the effect of strategic
orientation on organizational performance of hotels in Warri,
Delta State. The study used a cross-sectional survey research
approach. The survey encompassed a population of 482
employees from 10 selected four- and five-star hotels located in
Warri, Delta State. A sample size of 214 employees was chosen
from the entire population. A structured questionnaire was
employed as the research tool in this study. In order to ascertain
the instrument's reliability, a test-retest technique was employed.
Data was analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistical
techniques, including correlation and multiple regression
analysis. The analysis was conducted using the SPSS for Windows
software, namely, version 25. Findings showed that
entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and customer
orientation have a significant positive effect on organizational
performance. The study concluded that strategic orientation has a
significant positive effect on organizational performance of hotels
in Warri, Delta State. The study recommended amongst others that
hotels should foster an environment in which all team members,
ranging from frontline employees to executives, adopt a customerfocused mentality. Ensure that your employees comprehend the
significance of anticipating the wants of guests, providing
proactive assistance, and continually giving outstanding service.

Abstract The study examined the effect of work-life balance on employee performance in the Health Care Sector of Delta
State. The study used a cross-sectional survey research design. The population of this study consists of 512 staff
of five different hospitals in Asaba, Ughelli, and Warri metropolis of Delta State. The sample size consisted of
approximately 217 individuals. A segment of the population was drawn using the stratified random sampling
approach. A structured questionnaire with responses in the form of a five-point Likert scale served as the study's
research instrument. The study employed the test-retest reliability approach. Descriptive statistics and multiple
regression analysis were used to analyse the data in order to draw generalisations and conclusions. Finding
showed that 41% of the change in employee performance was brought about by the dimensions of work-life
balance. The study concluded that the dimensions of work-life balance such as flexible schedules, work leave
initiatives and tele working have significant positive effect on employee performance. The study recommended
amongst others that companies should always try to meet workers requests by appreciating the value of worklife balance if they wish to boost their productivity.

Abstract The study examined the effect of employee voice on organisational commitment of oil and gas companies in Lagos State Nigeria. The type of survey research design method employed for the study was cross sectional survey research design. The population of the study consists of 1724 employees of three selected companies in Lagos State. Krejcie and Morgan (1970) sample size calculation table was used to estimate the sample size of 313 employees. Simple random sampling was used for the study. Copies of validated structured questionnaire were used for data collection. To establish the reliability of the instrument, a test-retest method was used. The statistical techniques of data analysis employed includes: descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis. Findings showed that workplace meetings (? = 0.408, P < 0.05), employee participation in decision making (? = 0.126, P < 0.05) and supervisor-subordinate mutual relationship (? = 0.368, 0.05) has positive effect on organizational commitment. Findings showed that 61% of the change in organizational commitment can be explained by
the variables of employee voice. The study concluded that employee voice significantly
predict organizational commitment of oil and gas companies in Lagos State Nigeria. The
study recommended amongst others that companies should encourage a culture where employees feel comfortable expressing their opinions and ideas. Foster an environment where employees feel empowered to share their perspectives and engage in discussions with their colleagues and superiors.

Abstract Resilience is a vibrant process of adaptation which enables entrepreneurs to constantly direct
a futuristic aspiration despite the volatile conditions of a market. The study examined
entrepreneurial resilience on the performance of small and medium enterprises organization in
Asaba, Delta State. The cross-sectional research survey research design method was
employed. The study adopted the stratified random sampling technique. The sample size used
was limited to 201 respondents. A structured questionnaire was the research instrument
employed in the study. Descriptive statistics as well as multiple regression analysis was used
to analyse the data collected. Findings showed overwhelmingly that resourcefulness, strategic
diversity and pro-activeness has a substantial positive relationship with organizational
performance. The study concluded that entrepreneurial resilience has a positive effect on
organizational performance. The study result showed that resourcefulness has the highest

Abstract The study examined the relationship between psychological contract and
employee retention of Deposit Money Banks in Delta State. The study used
a cross-sectional survey research design method. The target population for
this research includes all 411 employees from selected deposit money banks
in Asaba, Delta State. The sample size of 203 was determined for this
research using Yamen's sample size formula. The study adopted the
stratified random sampling technique. The data collection method involved
distributing self-administered structured questionnaire to bank employees.
The data obtained from the field survey were analyzed using both descriptive
and inferential statistical methods. Findings showed that job security,
career growth opportunities and employee competence has significant
positive effect on employee retention. The study concluded that
psychological contracts have significant positive effect employee retention
in the deposit money banks in Delta state. The study recommended amongst
others that banks should prioritize stability and long-term strategies to
demonstrate their commitment to sustaining the workforce. Avoid making
hasty decisions that could lead to layoffs or downsizing unless absolutely
necessary.

to evaluate how motivation influences
organizational performance. The research
design method that was employed for this
study was the cross sectional survey
research design .The population (411) of this

hotels in Warri metropolis of Delta State.
The sample size of 203employees was
captured for the study. The probability
sampling method that was employed in this
study is the stratified random sampling
method. Data for this research was
gathered from the primary source with the
aid of structured questionnaire as an
instrument of data collection. The statistical techniques used for the study consists of descriptive statistics, correlation and multiple regression analysis. The study found that motivation has the highest positive effect on organizational performance of Hotels in Warri Metropolis of Delta State. The study concluded that employee creativity dimensions (organizational elm ate, know ledge sharing and motivation) explained 58% of the variability of organizational performance. This in plies that employee creativity has
performance. The study recommended that hotel managers should ensure that they create an organizational elm ate that encourages, nurtures and enhances organizational performance.

Abstract The study examined the effect oforganizational structure on the organizational performance of non-alcoholic beverage companies in fhe Sou/h-Soufh/Soufh- West, Nigeria. The study was limited to five selected companies in the non-alcoholic beverage industry in Nigeria.The cross-sectional survey research design method and stratified random sampling technique were used for the study. The study used a structured questionnaire as the instrument of data collection. To establish the reliability of the instrument, a test-retest method was used.Descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze data. Findings showed_that 67% of the change in organizational performancewas brought about by theorganizational structuredindings showed that organizational structure has a positive significant effect on organizational performance (B = 0.429, P<0.05). It was concluded that organizational structure has a positive effect onthe organizational performance of non-alcoholic beverage firms in Nigeria. The study recommended amongst others that companies should design their structures in harmony with the internal and external working environment conditions and organizational strategies to enhance employee innovative performance.Organizational structure establishes who is responsible for what roles and documents the organization's reporting lines. As a result, a suitable structure should be designed by companies to coordinate organizational processes to meet the organization's objectives.

Abstract The major objective of the study is to examine the effect of telecommuting system on service delivery of oil and gas companies in Lagos State, Nigeria. Cross sectional survey research design was used for the study. Out of the total population of 547 employees, 217 respondents were selected as the sample size for the study. The sampling method that was employed in this study was stratified random sampling. Data for the study was gathered from primary source. Structured questionnaire was employed to obtain relevant data from the respondents. The statistical techniques used include descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The study found that information and communication technology (ICT) and flexible working arrangement (FWA) has significant positive relationship with service delivery, and job autonomy has no significant relationship with service delivery. The study concluded that telecommuting system has positive effect on service delivery. Flexible working arrangement has the highest positive effect on service delivery of oil and gas companies in Lagos State. Therefore, it was recommended that companies should ensure that they provide information and communication technology infrastructures that will aid service delivery. More alternative work arrangements like job sharing, part time etc can also be provided to telecommuters in order to enhance service delivery.

Abstract The study assessed the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction of bank employees in delta state, Nigeria. The study specifically seeks to assess the difference in emotional intelligence of employees based on gender, and the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction of bank employees. The study employed a survey research design. The study sample is 24 bank employees. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data which was analyzed using t-test, linear regression, and analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The findings of the study indicated that there is no significant difference on the emotional intelligence scores of both male and female respondents, also, emotional intelligence did not significantly affect the job satisfaction of bank employees. The study recommended that there should be a concerted effort to increase emotional intelligence of individuals in order to cope with job stress.
