Abstract This study aimed at to inves?gate the effects of organiza?onal change on employee task iden?ty in the
Nigeria Consumer Good Industry. The study adopted one specific objec?ve, one research ques?on and one research
hypotheses. The study adopted the cross-sec?onal survey method. The study used organiza?onal support theory. A
popula?on element of 16,738 was drawn from the 10 selected consumer goods industry in Nigeria, of which 379
employees were drawn from the total popula?on. The ques?onnaire was mainly used as instrument for data
collec?on. The simple regression analysis was adopted to ascertain the rela?onships. The finding shows that
organiza?ons change on a regular basis enable the employees to iden?fy the modern task that is different from other
produc?on industry in Nigeria. The study concluded Consumer goods industry sustained posi?ve produc?on growth
due to employee’s commitment toward jobs performance. It is recommended employee should use task-iden?ty
dimension to improve their commitment toward organiza?onal change.

Abstract The paper examines effect of work family conflict on counterproductive work behavior; exploring
the moderating role of emotional intelligence. The paper premised on the fact that emotional
intelligence is capable of mitigating work family conflict and counterproductive work behaviour
in an organization, employing secondary data for its analysis and concluded that employees
(workers) with high emotional intelligence will be able to manage work family conflict and by
extension limited or out rightly eradicate the tenet of counterproductive work behavior in an
organization. The paper suggested that since work family conflict cannot be avoided, an
appropriate test be given to would-be employees/workers to test their level of emotional
intelligence with a view to stemming intending conflict relating to work and family, thereby avoid
counterproductive work behaviour from employees as they are inimical to an organization’s
growth.

Abstract This study aimed at to investigate the effects of organizational change on employee work related
stress in the Nigeria Consumer Good Industry. The study adopted one specific objectives, research
question and one research hypotheses. The study adopted survey research design method. The
study used organizational support theory, The population of the study consists of one hundred
(100) respondents. A random sample was used to select 38 employees and 62 employers.
Questionnaire was the major instrument used for the study. Data collected was analyzed with mean
and standard deviation, while t-test was used for test of hypotheses. The findingshows that work
related stress that affects employee’s level of productivities of organization in Nigeria. It
concluded that managers working in organizations are expected to motivate their workers in order
to reduce stress from them. It is recommended those employees are encourage to avoid workrelated stress that affect their commitment toward organizational change during production of
consumers goods

Abstract The study examined entrepreneurship growth wealth inequality and financial
constraints in Nigeria evidence from small and medium enterprises in South-South
region. Four specific objectives with four research questions and four null hypotheses
guided the study. The study utilized the cross sectional survey research design. The
population of the study comprised one hundred and twenty female enterprises owners
and eighty male enterprises owner from 200 selected enterprises in South-South region.
Questionnaire was used as instrument to elicit information from the respondents. Data
obtained from the study was analyzed using mean and standard deviation was used to
analyzed all the research questions. T-test was used to test hypotheses 1, 2 and 3 while
ANOVA was used to test hypotheses 4. All the hypotheses were tested at 0.05 level of
significance. Result shows that entrepreneurship is enhanced when there is adequate
financial support from government in order to obtained positive growth and wealth
equality through the help of small and medium enterprises respectively. The finding
concluded that entrepreneurship always contributes towards successful business
organization. Itrecommended that government should grant loans for entrepreneurship
ownership in order to eliminate financial constraints that affect the growth of
entrepreneurship in south-south region.

Abstract This paper investigated the nexus between negative compensation shocks and organizational
performance in the Nigerian banking subsector. The survey research method was adopted with
questionnaire administered on branch service managers, head teller and fund transfer officers of
five (5) selected banks in Delta State of Nigeria, resulting in a sample size of hundred (100)
respondents. Negative compensation shock metrics used are employee stagnation, salary reduction
and demotion. Data collected from the field survey were analyzed using both descriptive (mean,
standard deviation and correlation) and inferential (multivariate) statistical techniques. Based on
the analysis of data, it was found that there is a significant nexus between the dimensions of
negative compensation shocks and organizational performance. Besides, negative compensation
shocks negatively affect organizational performance. In view of this, it was recommended among
others that bank managements should reduce the level of negative compensation. Bank
management can revise and constantly appraising their compensation policies and practices.

Abstract The study examined contingent workforce and it's impact
on organizational performance: evidence of any industry. Two specific objectives, and null hypotheses was used. The design considered in the paper was survey method. The population of the study comprises of two hundred(200) male and female industrial workers whileonehundred and twenty (120) male industrial workers wasrandomly selected as sample of the study. Ten (10) itemstructured questionnaires was designed to collect obtaindata needed to run analysis. Instrument collected fromtherespondents was analyzed using mean, standard deviation, while analysis of variance (ANOVA) t-text was usedtotest the null hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance. Thefindings of the result shows that contingent workforceimprove organizational performance with their workingexperience. The study concluded that contingent workersneed to be more productive in their performance duringtheutilization of human resources. The study recommendedthat contingent workforce should exhibit positive attitudesthat will show clarity towards organization performance.
